Our Commitment
Pinnacle Lifestyles resorts are designed to offer a safe, relaxing, and family-friendly experience for all guests — whether you're visiting for a night or staying a little longer.
By staying with us, you agree to follow the guidelines below so everyone can enjoy their time.

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be respectful of fellow guests. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the resort without refund.
Late check-out may be available upon request (fees may apply).

Respect shared spaces and other guests
No aggressive behaviour, profanity, or disturbances
Site Use
One RV per site
No accumulation of debris or storage under units
RVs must be well-maintained and in good condition
Lot numbers must remain visible
Visitors
Day visitors are welcome
All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM
Overnight guests must be registered

VEHICLES & PARKING
One vehicle per site (additional parking available in designated areas)
No parking on roads, pathways, or green spaces
Speed limit: 10 km/h
Off-road vehicles must only be used for entry/exit (no riding within resort)
ATVs, sleds, and similar vehicles must be stored in designated areas or on your site (where permitted).

Fires permitted in approved fire pits only
Fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished after use
No burning garbage
Fire bans may be enforced at any time
Prohibited:
Fireworks
Open-flame torches
Smoking near propane tanks

Smoking permitted only on your site or designated areas
Dispose of cigarettes safely
Alcohol must remain on your site
No illegal substances permitted

Pets must be leashed and under control at all times
Do not leave pets unattended
Clean up after your pet (always)
Pets are not permitted in buildings or amenity areas
We reserve the right to refuse pets that may affect the safety or comfort of others.

Children must be supervised in all common areas
No lifeguards on duty — water use is at your own risk
Be aware of natural wildlife in the area

Proper hookups (water regulators, etc.) required
Do not flush inappropriate items into septic systems
Damage caused by misuse may be billed to the guest
Generators are not permitted unless in emergencies.

Shared amenities are first-come, first-served unless reserved
Please clean up after use
Respect equipment and facilities
Damage to resort property may result in charges.

Firearms or weapons
Paintball, air guns, slingshots, archery
High-intensity outdoor lighting
Glass containers in common areas

LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Pinnacle Lifestyles is not responsible for:
Injury
Loss or theft
Damage to personal property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.
Failure to follow rules may result in eviction without refund.

Review emergency plans and muster points
Follow all instructions from resort management
