Do you have a minimum booking policy?

Yes. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and a three-night minimum on long weekends.

How can I reserve a spot?

Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by phone with a Guest Experience Agent. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and holidays.

Revelstoke and Sicamous have pools open daily from 9AM – 8PM (mid-June through early September). Pools may close at times due to weather. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty, and children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes, just like a hotel, a credit card is required on file for all reservations.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

When you book with us, we guarantee your site type (RV, tent, cabin, etc.), but not the exact site number. Think of it like booking a flight: your ticket guarantees you a seat on the plane, but not necessarily your favourite window seat. If you’d like to reserve a specific site number ahead of time, you can add a one-time $25 lock fee to your booking. That way, the spot you want is saved just for you.

The best way to guarantee sites side by side is to use the lock site option when booking. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot always guarantee placement without the lock fee.

Day visitors are welcome, and are asked to park either in designated guest parking or on their own site, ensuring roadways and neighbouring sites remain clear. Visitors must depart by 9:00pm

Seasonal sites are available depending on the resort. Please reach out to the Guest Experience Team for current availability.

Not typically, most non-lease rentals have a maximum stay length (usually 14 nights). Please check the booking site or contact us for details.

Can I arrive late or leave late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals or later departures, but they cannot always be guaranteed. Please check with a Guest Experience Agent before your stay.

What amenities do you have?

Each Resort has its own set of amenities. All have some sort of swimming (pool, lake or swim cove), and fun for kids and adults alike. White Lake specializes in fishing, Kokanee Springs specializes in Golf, Pinnacle Trails has crown land for ATV’s, Mara lake is all about the beach and water sports, Revelstoke is all about mountain adventures and Sicamous is family fun in the forest and a quick drive to the lake.

Is there a store on site?

Many of our resorts have a small camp store with most of the essentials. Store hours match office hours.

Is there a boat launch?

Boat launches at Mara Lake and White Lake: free for registered guests and $50 for public.

Can I have a campfire?

Campfires are permitted when local fire restrictions allow. Firewood is available for purchase at the camp store. While guests may bring their own firewood, we strongly recommend buying locally to help prevent the spread of pests and invasive species.

Upcoming Events

Quiet hours are from 10PM – 7AM Sunday to Thursday, and 11PM – 7AM Friday and Saturday.

During these times, we ask that music, partying, idling engines, and other loud noises be kept to a minimum. Out of respect for all guests, please keep excessive noise down during the day as well.

Wi-Fi is available at or near the Office in most resorts, though it may not reach all campsites.

Most Cabin, Chalet, Tent, and RV reservations include up to six people. Specialty Cabins may allow fewer, and additional guests may be permitted depending on the size of your site (extra fees apply). Please note: RV sites allow 1 sleeping unit (RV) and one vehicle. And tent sites allow 1 tent and one vehicle.

Cancellation by the purchaser for any reason shall be subject to following refund policies:

• Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will be refunded 100% subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled less than 30 days notice before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
