History

Since our inception in 2020, our resort development team has succeeded in establishing 6 RV and cabin resort properties in Alberta and BC making us one of our industry's fastest growing brands.

In 2020 we purchased a family-run campground formerly known as East Of Edson. Millions of dollars were spent transforming the entire property including building a Members' Lounge, upgrading services, adding 2 sandy beach zones, a new store and a long list of additional campground amenities that have attracted dozens and dozens of families to create their family's perfect escape.

We purchased Kokanee Springs Golf Resort in 2021, since then we've developed 27 new private RV lots and 36 new nightly rental RV campsites, which opened during the 2023 camping season. We're also adding a private cabin community, which offers several remarkably affordable cabins for sale.

Mara Lake Resort, formerly the Kingbaker Creek RV Resort, has transformed from being a beloved campground to an intimate, private RV resort. We've upgraded services including adding an environmentally friendly septic system, we've also added our signature sauna and expanded the marina's docks along with many other improvements.

In 2021 we added the former Revelstoke KOA campground to our brand's growing family. Revelstoke RV and Cabin Resort is at the foot of Mt. Revelstoke National Park and its sensational alpine trails.

New Pool Coming In 2024

In 2021 we purchased the former Sicamous KOA campground and began planning for additional RV lots and cabin sites. The property has a sizeable loyal following of clientele, many of whom return annually.

White Lake RV & Fishing Resort is a gem of a lakefront property with tall willows lining its shoreline. Formerly Sunny Shore Resort, the property was purchased in 2021 and features seasonal RV sites, rental cabins and a fishing lodge.

Golden BC Coming

Most recently we have acquired an amazing parcel representing 200-acres of treed land along the Columbia River near Golden. It is the former site of the town of Donald BC, a CP Rail workforce town that became a virtual ghost town when CP moved its facilities from Donald to Revelstoke and Golden.
